The name of Eskişehir Vocational Highschool established in 19.02.1986 with Higher Education Council Decision numbered 204 was changed to Civil Aviation Vocational Highschool in 15.03.1989 with Higher Education Council Decision numbered 478. It was restructured as Civil Aviation Highschool in 11.07.1992 with Law numbered 3837. 20 years later, the Civil Aviation Highschool is closed in 23.06.2012 with the Decision of the Council of Ministers and the Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics is establised.
Carrying out its educational activities within Anadolu University, since the foundation, in 2018, our faculty was affiliated with Eskişehir Technical University with Law No. 7141 published in the Official Gazette dated 18 May 2018.
